This website is a private CV and project overview. No paid services are offered here.

2. Hosting

The site runs on a server of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur,
located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It sits behind the content delivery network
of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, USA. Cloudflare processes
the IP address in order to speed up delivery and to block attacks. Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and reachable site. The
EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply to transfers to the USA.

3. Server logs

When you open a page, data your browser sends is recorded automatically:
IP address, date and time, the address requested, the referring page, browser type
and operating system. This serves secure operation and is deleted after 14 days at
the latest. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form

If you fill in the form, your name, email address, subject and message are
processed in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Your message is delivered three ways so that no enquiry is lost:

• by email through the sending service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA);
• as a notification to a private Telegram channel (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai);
• as a copy in this website’s database, limited to the last 200 enquiries.

The data is deleted once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention
period applies, at the latest after twelve months. Standard contractual clauses
apply to transfers to third countries.

5. Cookies

This site sets a single cookie: pll_language stores the language
you chose so that it is kept on your next visit. It holds no identifier by which
a person could be recognised and expires after one year. Legal basis:
§ 25(2)(2) TDDDG, as it is necessary for the service you requested.

6. No analytics, no external content

No visitor counters, advertising networks or analytics tools are used. Fonts
and icons are served from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or
any other outside provider. An embedded map was deliberately left out: the location
link opens only when you click it.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing,
data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). An informal email to the
address above is enough.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the
Bavarian Data Protection Authority, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
