Trade and automation

Ordering channels and the places where the web meets an existing inventory system. Starting with ERP modules on 1C:Enterprise from 2002 to 2005, through exchange contracts, catalogue import and B2B pricing, up to the question of whether an off-the-shelf shop platform fits at all.

The weight is not in the shop window but in the interface: idempotent upsert, lost acknowledgements, offline cases, promotion precedence with rounding, stock levels and minimum order quantity. And in the decision that comes before building, made with evidence rather than opinion.

Work

Shopware 6 for a B2B channel: an evidence-based decision
A wholesale food supplier needed an online ordering channel. The first attempt, an in-house platform on Next.js and Fastify, was frozen. The question was whether to adopt Shopware 6 or keep building.

Portal for buying a car on finance
A portal for buying a car on credit in Ukraine: new and used vehicles from official dealers and private sellers. Someone looking to buy in instalments works out the monthly payment first.

Ordering Platform for Food Trade
A food trader wanted to sell online without touching the accounting system: 1C runs in the office and is meant to stay there. The difficulty was not the shop but the boundary between the two.

Car Portal taziki.com.ua
A car portal that was suffocating on its own size: at 500 vehicles a page took 23 seconds. Moved to Hetzner Cloud, delivery rebuilt, repaired from the ground up.

B2B Portal for Wholesale Food Supply
A closed wholesale portal for a food supplier. Large customers used to order by phone and spreadsheet, and prices and stock regularly drifted away from the accounting system.
